Konstantinos Stamatakis provides integrated design and construction services according to the different needs of each client. Having over 18 years of experience working as self-employed, he specializes in the design and construction of single housing units, apartment and office blocks and shops.
As a member of the Greek Technical Chamber of Architects and Civil Engineers since 2000 and thanks to his extensive professional activity in Greece, he is deeply familiar with the greek urban planning legislation and he specializes in permits in areas within and outside urban planning zones.
